Auzan graduated from Ahmad Ibrahim Kuliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in April 2010 and obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Syariah and Practice (DSLP) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in May 2014.
He was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor before the High Court of Malaya in June 2011. He started his legal career as an Associate in Messrs. Mahadi Redzuan & Co in 2011 and in 2014 he set up his own practice under the firm Messrs. Auzan & Halem.
Currently heading the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group of MAHA Lawyers, Auzan has been in active practice in the field of litigation and dispute resolution, in particular, civil and criminal litigation, commercial contracts, employment, bankruptcy, recovery of debts, land disputes, torts, letters of administration and other general litigation. His specialization is industrial relations particularly dealing with the Industrial Court where he has represented both the companies/employers and the claimant.
In the course of his practice, he has been exposed to both contentious and non-contentious litigation matters, having to his credit appearance from the lower court up to the apex court. Other area of interest includes alternative dispute resolution.
He heads the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
