Aiman’s expertise covers matters on Islamic financial services and general corporate commercial. On Islamic financial services, Aiman has advised on various retail, corporate, and syndicated financing facilities, treasury products, Sukuks (Islamic bonds) and Islamic governance mechanisms and guidelines, among others.

On general corporate commercial, Aiman has advised on numerous Joint-Venture agreements, Share sales and purchase agreements, Articles/Memorandum of Association, investment guidelines and many others. Prior to joining MAHA Lawyers, Aiman was with Zaid
Ibrahim & Co (ZICO law) in KL. He has vast experience dealing with clients from the GCC and larger Middle Eastern – North Africa (“MENA”) region on any legal requirements.

He is based in Dubai and in charge of the Middle East & North Africa (“MENA”) region business activities of the Firm and largely deals with cross-border transactions.
