Auzan graduated from Ahmad Ibrahim Kuliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in April 2010 and obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Syariah and Practice (DSLP) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in May 2014.

Biography

Head, Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group

Auzan is a qualified Advocate and Solicitor in Malaysia since 2011. He began his legal career as an Associate at Messrs. Mahadi Redzuan & Co and established his own practice, Messrs. Auzan & Halem, in 2014. He currently leads the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group at MAHA Lawyers, where he specializes in civil and criminal litigation, commercial contracts, employment, bankruptcy, debt recovery, land disputes, torts, letters of administration, and other general litigation matters. His expertise also extends to industrial relations, where he has represented both companies and claimants in the Industrial Court.

Auzan has appeared in lower courts up to the apex court and is knowledgeable in alternative dispute resolution.
