In his years of practice, he has been exposed to diverse experiences in handling litigation cases including commercial, corporate, civil and criminal case representing wide range of clients from individual and corporate. These experiences include advising clients, preparing legal opinions, pleadings, conducting trial and submitting before the Judges.

In addition, Marwan has rich experience in representing clients from the level of Magistrate Court up to the Federal Court, besides appearing in Industrial and Labor Court for hearings and trials purposes. Among the cases he has managed are company winding up, contractual disputes, corporate & commercial disputes, defamation, employment & industrial relations, insolvency & bankruptcy, land, negligence, and recovery debt. His passion is fathomless and his excitement in venturing into various areas in the legal field in non exhaustive. He does not limit himself to any field of practice in order to cater the need of our ever-expanding, broad range of clients. Marwan also has experience in handling Probate and Administration of the estate case in the High Court involving movable and immovable property whether contested or uncontested.

His knowledge in the field of Shariah also allows him to give legal advises and consultations in matters involving Shariah law including Islamic Family Law, Inheritance and Islamic Shariah Criminal Offences. Currently he is member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
