His career spans diverse industries, including oil & gas, renewable energy, and IT, providing him with a comprehensive perspective for offering well-rounded legal and compliance advisory.

In his recent role at PETRONAS Lubricants International, Mohd Asyraf played an active part in supporting the implementation of compliance modules, along with drafting and reviewing critical legal documents. His expertise extended to providing essential updates on global crises and potential legal risks.

Previously, at TNB Energy Services, Mohd Asyraf led the implementation of an Anti-Bribery Management System, provided invaluable legal guidance, and excelled in contract management. His role also included presenting proposals during board meetings, showcasing his ability to provide valuable insights at the executive level.

During his tenure at HEITECH PADU BERHAD, Mohd Asyraf demonstrated adaptability by handling various legal documentation and offering expert legal opinions. He also liaised with external lawyers on litigation matters and contributed to the development of company policies.
